The Sustainable Movement Restart Program

A coaching program to build consistent movement habits that adapt to your real life

Pivot to Getting Active:
Designed for millennial minds & neurodivergent brains.

A 4-week coaching experience to help you become more consistent with movement, rebuild your relationship with activity, and create a lifestyle that works for you.

Why Am I launching this Programme?

Most of you don’t struggle with knowing what to do. The struggle is real when it comes to:

Getting started
Staying consistent
Managing guilt
Navigating lack of motivation
Adapting workouts to changing energy levels
Making movement fit into real, messy and busy lives

If you identify as neurodivergent or simply overwhelmed by work demands, shifting routines, life changes, and constant context switching, consistency becomes even harder.

This programme is designed to manage all of that.

Lee (Aparajitha Murali), ICF-trained coach

Who I Am

I’m an ICF PCC-trained coach, triathlete, open-water swimmer, National Masters Gold Medallist and tech nerd who has personally lived through motivation slumps, burnout, stress, major life changes and seasons of inconsistency.

I’ve rebuilt my habits many times and I know what it takes to find a rhythm again. What I am offering isn’t fitness coaching or a medical programme. I can help you develop clarity about what kind of lifestyle you want and develop behavioural consistency through my coaching backed by lived experience and professional training.

What This Programme Helps You Achieve

Understanding your patterns

Identify what's really behind inconsistency such as patterns involving energy, overwhelm, neurodivergence, and life circumstances.

Finding movement that fits you

Discover activities your brain and body actually enjoy and not what looks cool online or what works for someone else's life.

Clarifying what energises vs. depletes you

Learn to recognize what genuinely energises you versus what triggers avoidance, shutdown, or resistance.

Building flexible structure

Create realistic plans that adapt to unpredictable schedules. No rigid routines or unrealistic early mornings required.

Releasing guilt and restarting easier

Develop tools to let go of shame around missed days and build a lighter, more forgiving approach to consistency.

Designing a sustainable plan

Leave with a personalised framework built around your rhythms, responsibilities, and current life season.

The programme will help you gain concrete insights and practical tools. Like any coaching work, outcomes depend on individual engagement and circumstances. It is not a quick fix.
