About Aparajitha 'Lee' Murali, ICF Trained Coach
I'm Aparajitha (pronounced ah-pah-rah-jee-thah), which means 'undefeatable' in Sanskrit.
You can call me Lee for short.
I provide ADHD-friendly and neuro-inclusive coaching to help professionals and business-owners create meaningful change.
My work blends mindfulness, breathwork, and gentle inquiry to help you reconnect with what truly matters.
I used to think coaching was a superficial and professional relationship.
Yet, over time, I have realized that there is deep connection in that relationship, and connection is the bedrock for being healthy as a human and overcoming suffering.
My journey to becoming a coach wasn't a straight line. I have worked as a project manager, digital marketer, and engineer. I spent summers coaching people from 8 to 60 years how to swim. I currently also teach people how to breathe better through breathwork.
My goal is to help individuals to establish personalised systems, creating a protective buffer against societal expectations from both their immediate community and ingrained societal norms shaped by their experiences.
I work with entrepreneurs and remote professionals navigating overthinking and uncertainty
Human connection has an incredible power to heal and reduce suffering.
Finding the right coach, safe communities and connection gave me the courage to sit with painful emotions and experiences I had been running away from for years.
My aim is to create a coaching community where individuals can freely be themselves, forming connections aligned with their true selves, unburdened by judgments and constraints.
AI tools have made quick support more accessible than ever. The key is using them with discernment, knowing that while they can offer information, they can't provide the depth of genuine human connection.
The best approach is always the one that best fits your needs.
We'll build resilience together through empathy, intuition, and genuine connection.

Beyond the coaching room
Competing at elite open-water swimming has taught me first-hand what it costs to perform under sustained pressure — and how to recover. That lived experience shapes how I coach.

Coaching Philosophy
Coaching is about building sustainable practices that allow you to thrive under pressure, recover from challenges, and give yourself the self-compassion you deserve when things get tough.
Each client receives personalised strategies based on their unique challenges, working style, and goals because what works for others might not work for you.
My approach combines mindfulness, breathwork, and executive function strategies grounded in real-world experience:
- 1. Practical tools that fit into busy schedules
- 2. Personalised strategies based on your unique challenges
- 3. A focus on sustainable habits rather than quick fixes

- Entrepreneurs and business leaders managing multiple priorities
- Individuals who are neurodivergent seeking tailored strategies
- Anyone feeling overwhelmed by constant connectivity and pressure
If you're ready to transform, I'd be honoured to support your journey.
