I only have good things to share - mindfulness is something I've explored before but haven't been consistent, never lasted the streak more than a week. This challenge encouraged me to stick with it for over two weeks, which felt like a real win. Following the quick and simple instructions made it easy to begin with and be consistent. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of mindfulness practices introduced- hadn't realized there were so many different forms of mindfulness. My favorite ones were the visual and sound based which I found easy to integrate throughout the day - during work breaks, while doing the dishes or evening strolls. Overall this challenge gave me a fresh perspective and the push I needed to make mindfulness a more regular part of my day.
