As an ICF-trained coach, I follow the International Coach Federation's rigorous standards, code of ethics and professional conduct. ICF coaching is built on the foundation that you are already naturally capable, creative, resourceful, and whole. My role is to merely facilitate your self-discovery, not always prescribe solutions. Unlike advice-giving, ICF coaching creates a structured yet flexible space where you explore your values, identify obstacles, and design actionable strategies aligned with your unique brain wiring. Whether you're navigating ADHD, figuring out neurodivergence, or working to improve focus and overcome procrastination, coaching provides accountability, insight, and support as you move forward.

While therapy often focuses on healing past trauma, processing emotions, and treating mental health conditions, coaching is forward focused on building skills, creating systems and achieving specific goals. If you're working through emotional wounds, unresolved trauma, or in need of clinical mental health support, therapy would be immensely helpful. If you need the tools to overcome procrastination, build better habits, optimise executive function, develop a personalised productivity system, or navigate career transitions as a neurodivergent adult, coaching might be the modality that you need. Many of my clients work with both a therapist and a coach simultaneously. They complement each other beautifully.

Absolutely! ADHD coaching for adults and neurodivergent-friendly coaching is a core part of my practice. I understand that traditional productivity advice ('just focus,' 'make a schedule') doesn't work for everyone. Coaching honours how neurodivergent minds function. We address executive dysfunction, rejection sensitivity, time blindness, and the other unique challenges in practical, compassionate ways. My coaching mentally, emotionally, and geographically meets you where you are. We work online in a private, supportive setting, building strategies that honour your natural rhythms rather than forcing neurotypical expectations.

Yes! Most of my coaching is conducted virtually via secure video conferencing (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams). Online coaching means you can access specialised coaching and neurodivergent-friendly support regardless of where you live. I'm exploring future in-person events and workshops for those interested in occasional face-to-face connection, but virtual coaching remains the core offering for accessibility and convenience.

I offer several options: single sessions for those wanting to try coaching without commitment and packages for clients committing to 6-12 sessions. Exact pricing varies based on session length and package structure.
